Born in September 2013 Billy (Racing name Millwards Billy) has sadly had to come into kennels along with his best friend Droopys Cairns because their owner has passed away. Despite their sad circumstances both boys have remained upbeat and have settled well given they have enjoyed home life for the last three years. They walk beautifully on their leads and we understand they had previously lived with a smaller dog. We have made a promise that the boys will be homed together so if you are looking for a pair please get in touch.
Update 11/05/20. After a brief spell in a new home the boys have been returned because they couldn’t settle once their new owner had to return to work. Their owner stressed the boys had been perfect in every way, loving, affectionate, not fazed by other dogs of any size, clean in the house and genuinely lovely dogs but she felt they needed a home where someone could spend more time with them. In light of this we would like to find them a home where someone is around for much of the day. They can apparantley be left for short periods ( a couple of hours). In time, once they have had the opportunity to settle into their next home we think there is every chance this could be increased.
All greyhounds are neutered, have had their teeth cleaned and are inoculated. They each leave us with a collar and lead, muzzle and their worming and flea treatments up to date. They are all microchipped, details are transferred to the new owner. They also have four weeks free insurance.
