Born in February 2013. Dexter is a happy lad who is currently sharing his kennel with a new arrival Ollie. He is very playful and enjoys ‘fluffing’ up his bedding with Ollie. Such helpful hounds!
Update 09/7/16 Dexter joined us at the Tendring Hundred Show today. It was his first outing from kennels and wow! What a lovely, happy and friendly boy he is. He met lots of new people as well as other breeds of dogs. He was very well behaved and took the new sights and sounds of the big wide world all in his stride.
Update 29/7/16: Another update for Dexter. This handsome lad joined us for an afternoon out of kennels at the golf fundraising day, and had a great time greeting all the golfers as they returned to the clubhouse.
Update 06/9/16 Adorable Dexter had another trip out of kennels this weekend when he joined kennel mates Betty, Joker. and Jacob at the Tattingstone village fete. What a fabulous boy he is. He did tremendously well when he was introduced to children and other dogs. Great stuff from him on at this show. He was so relaxed and took a real shine to volunteer Michelle.

Update 13/9/16 This weekend Dexter has been to a birthday party. He wasn’t at all fazed by the bouncy castle or the crockery smashing. He loved rolling around on the grass and having his tummy tickled.
Update 20/9/16 Dexter was out and about again this weekend looking for that special someone to take him home. He joined us at the Henham Steam Rally with some of his kennel mates.
All greyhounds are neutered, have had their teeth cleaned and are inoculated. They each leave us with a new coat, collar and lead, muzzle, wormers and flea treatment. They are all microchipped, details are transferred to the new owner. They also have four weeks free Petplan insurance.
