Heather

Born in October 2012 Heather (Racing name Adamant Heather) is a sweet, quiet girl who travels well in the car.  She has shared her kennel with both boys and girls.  She is friendly towards people and walks well on her lead.

Update 15/04/17  Heather had a few hours out of kennels on Thursday went she went for a walk and a play date with Volunteer Avril and her dog Fox.  Heather behaved brilliantly and got on well with Fox, even washing his chin and his ears.  What a super affectionate little girl she is.

Update 23/04/17  Heather joined us on a walk around Bentley yesterday.  She walked with 6 other dogs and behaved very well.  She met horses. another breed of dog and walked past a moving tractor.  She wasn’t fazed by any of them. She is seen with Ben above right.

Update 31/05/17 Heather enjoyed adventures at the Suffolk Show today! She met all kinds of other dogs, enjoyed watching the horses again, she wasn’t too keen on the loud and scary marching band, but she lapped up all the attention. By the end of the day, she and Oscar were approaching every passerby for fuss, she’s a quick learner and will make a lovely pet. She’s seen here meeting a young, playful, kissy whippet and enjoying cuddles with her Auntie Avril.

 

All greyhounds are neutered, have had their teeth cleaned and are inoculated. They each leave us with a new coat, collar and lead, muzzle and their worming and flea treatments up to date.. They are all microchipped, details are transferred to the new owner. They also have four weeks free Petplan insurance.
