Born in September 2014 Lucy (Racing Name Elusive Rock) Lucy is an absolute joy. She is a happy little girl, never more so than when she is with her best friend and long time kennel mate Denozo. She would dearly love for them to go home together. If you have room in your heart and on your sofa for Lucy and Denozo please get in touch. It is not essential that they go together but it would be nice.
Update 14/08/19 Lucy joined us at the Greyhound Walks Show along with her friend Denozo. She is such a friendly little girl who was happy to say hello to everyone.
Update 11/09/19 Lucy and Denozo have been living quite happily apart for the last few weeks because Lucy has been in season. We are now confident that they really don’t need to be together. However, if you are looking for a pair then we know these two get on like a house on fire.
Update Denozo has now found his forever home.
Update 15/11/19 Well what an eventful day Lucy had yesterday! It started with her having an important part to play in helping us to capture a poor stray dog who had been lost for 6 days. She then went to a training class and met some other breeds of dogs. Although fascinated by them she once again behaved very well in their company. She then went for a sleepover at her Volunteers house where she was a good girl and slept through the night.
All greyhounds are neutered, have had their teeth cleaned and are inoculated. They each leave us with a collar and lead, muzzle and their worming and flea treatments up to date. They are all microchipped, details are transferred to the new owner. They also have four weeks free insurance.
