A massive thank you to Mark and the members of the East Bergholt Snooker Club for making us their charity for 2025 and for the generous donation of £505 presented to our Volunteers Darren, Gilly and Emma on Tuesday evening.

Today we were given a cheque for £1,493.33 in donations collected from the fantastic people at Gladwells Pet and Country Store. Taking delivery of the cheque were Emma and Sara. It should be noted it was bitterly cold !
This money is vital to us in supporting our fabulous hounds like Max and Zola who were given lots of fuss and cuddles.
Brothers Max and Zola are looking for a special home together and their profiles are on our website.

Our longest stayer Mischief had really wished he would be given his forever home this Christmas but sadly that is looking increasingly unlikely.
However we asked him to make another wish just in case the first didn’t come true and he asked if you would kindly help to fill his Santa sack and those of his friends with some lovely Christmas treats. Mischief is rather fond of Sardines but he will enjoy anything you may like to give.
If you not able to drop anything off at kennels you could always take something along to our Boxing Day or New Years Day walks.
Mischief and his pals would be most grateful.
Do come and join us for our Santa Paws fundraising event. Take a photo of your dogs in Santa’s Grotto as they receive a small gift. We would love to see you. The event is open to all breeds of dogs. If you know your dog (All breeds) is reactive please use your muzzle.
Many thanks to Tracey owner of The Suffolk Fairy Dog Mother walking and and boarding service and to her clients and colleagues who kindly made The Greyhound Trust the beneficiaries of their annual Christmas walk this year. A fantastic amount of £500.05 was raised for which we are truly grateful.

Joey (Mahogany Teidi) the self appointed spokesperson of the kennel block has asked very politely if any of you lovely people would like to help to fill their Christmas stockings this year.
He says all donations are gratefully received especially sardines, corned beef and absolutely all kinds of dog treats.
If you are able to help kennels are open every day or perhaps you could drop them off on our Boxing Day walk.
