We were joined by 36 Greyhounds including kennel dog Bramble Taylor and one companion for our first walk since February. It was great to catch up with you all. Many thanks to The Shipwreck who welcomed us before and after the walk. Our next walk will be in Hollesley on Sunday 27th September, details can be found on here under Whats on.

A couple of photos from the Fort Landguard end a very soggy Boxing Day walk!. 65 greyhounds and their owners braved the elements, but not all made it to the end, and we don’t blame you at all! Kennel dogs Rambo, George and Moses joined us and of course behaved admirably. Thanks for all who made tea, coffee, sausage rolls and mince pies, they were much needed! Huge thanks to all at Fort Landguard for letting us use your facilities today, the shelter was very welcome.
Many thanks to Mark for organising and leading our walk today and for Chris the Warden at Languard Point for his help. In total 58 hounds and their companions took part in today’s walk including kennel dogs Kevin, Paul and Mickey who endeared themselves to everyone.
A fabulous day for a beautiful walk around Grundisburgh. 54 Greyhounds and their companions took part including kennel dogs Harry Brown and Bert. Guinness was taken home by his new family. Many thanks to Grundisburgh Dog for making us so welcome and to Kevin and Mandy for leading the walk.
Thank you Kevin for leading us around a muddy walk from Hollesley, and for the 23 intrepid greyhounds (along with two companion dogs) for ignoring the weather forecast for a mostly dry walk!
Matty joined us from kennels and enjoyed meeting new friends and funny-shaped dogs.
Thanks also to all at the Shepherd and Dog for your hospitality after the walk – under new ownership from today, we wish you every success.
A very short walk in the baking heat, 10 minutes mostly in shade, followed by an indoor picnic in the community hall.
Kennel brothers Barry and Ben came along to say hello and enjoyed all the treats.
Hugest of thanks to Pat for the food, and to all who braved the heat, and for all your donations.
Not quite as hot as predicted for our evening walk, and with plenty of water, cold towels and cool coats we had an enjoyable walk along the marina and through the village of Shotley Many thanks to The Shipwreck for making us welcome and to those who came along.
