We are seeking a foster or permanent home for 9 year old Dasher.
Since going home in 2020 Dasher’s family have added to their family and Dasher is now very stressed. He is unable to cope with two active small children.
Reluctantly and with much sadness his family have asked us to find Dasher a new home.
Dasher is a quiet and friendly boy who loves his sofa cuddles and although he has a quiet safe space he can retreat to at home he prefers the run of the house and his family don’t like him to be separated from them.
His family say even at 9 years old he can still be playful and loves people. He can be a bit unpredictable around small dogs if they come to close and cats are a definite no.
Ideally a quiet home with a garden as an only dog initially and with no young children would be ideal for him. Dasher cannot cope with stairs and so an upper floor apartment would not suit him.
